Shipping, Warranty and Returns
Dispatch
We will of course do our utmost to have the products delivered to you the next working day, but you can assume that your order will be shipped within 5 working days at the latest. If we are unexpectedly unable to do this, we will notify you via our website (for example, holidays) or, in exceptional cases, we will inform you personally.
Furthermore, we ship all orders from 100 euros free of charge, this only applies to domestic shipments. For shipments outside the Netherlands, a minimum order amount of 150 euros applies for free shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: since we cannot offer identical alternatives for our products in case of loss or damage during transport, we have chosen to send our shipments by registered mail as standard, this means that our shipping costs may be higher than average but this gives you maximum certainty of receiving your package; pick-up point shipments are not sent by registered mail.
Warranty
We care about our products and do our utmost throughout our entire process from purchasing to production to delivery to provide you with the best quality products. If, against all expectations, a product breaks or does not meet the promise, you can assume the following:
- Did you receive a damaged or not working product?
Please report this to us via our contact page, we would appreciate it if you do this as soon as possible so that we can offer you a solution. The return costs are of course for our account, we kindly request that you return the product in the original packaging.
You can also choose to have your full purchase amount refunded or receive a credit note for the same value (free to spend in our store) or have another* product of the same value delivered.
*We are very sorry if this happens to you, but unfortunately we cannot offer replacement identical products because each of our products has undergone a unique artistic process
- Does your product unexpectedly break through no fault of your own or does it no longer work properly during (normal) use?
If this happens within 3 months of your purchase, we will try to repair it for you as soon as possible or, if not possible, replace it with an equivalent product / refund the original purchase price. Any shipping costs for returns will be at our expense.
It is important that you have not carried out repairs to the product yourself and/or had this done by third parties, it is also important that you have not exposed the product to abnormal operating conditions and that you have observed our instructions for use and care (as supplied with the product / see also under “What we do”).
Returns
If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with your online purchased product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, please report this to us in advance via our general contact details, you can also use the standard model form that you can find in our general terms and conditions; please ensure that the product is returned unused and in the original packaging?
We will then refund the purchase amount to your bank account number known to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
PLEASE NOTE: The costs and risk of your return shipment are at your own expense, we strongly advise you to choose registered shipping here as well.
PLEASE NOTE: customization is excluded for the 14 days cooling-off period. Customization includes; the "especially for you" products & "create your own bridle".
